T-Mobile: Enterprise Reporting Consolidation

The business challenge

T-Mobile's reporting supported large-scale operational initiatives across Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL and Alteryx. The challenge: modernize reporting across all of these platforms without losing existing business logic or data integrity.

The solution

As Technical Project Manager, Susan coordinated eight data engineers and analysts — requirements, priorities, QA, delivery schedules and stakeholder communication — while leading the technical migration of Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects reporting into Power BI, with reconciliation against the legacy environment.
